When a user subscribes to the Landlord Platform's services, they commit to a specific subscription duration, which can be 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. Once a subscription payment is made for a particular duration, the Landlord Platform does not offer refunds for that duration. Subscriptions are billed in advance, and users are responsible for the full subscription fee for the chosen period, regardless of usage during that time.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will apply to the subsequent billing cycle and prevent future charges. It does not result in a pro-rated refund for the current subscription duration. Users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
Currently, the Landlord Platform does not facilitate payments between parties. Transactions, including rent, security deposits, and other payments, are the sole responsibility of landlords and tenants or buyers. Users should conduct payments securely and independently.
Subscriptions are set to automatically renew once the current subscription period is due. Users are responsible for turning off the auto-renewal feature if they do not wish to continue the subscription. Reminders will be sent before the renewal. During the subscription, users also have the option to allow or disallow auto-renewal.
By subscribing to and using the Landlord Platform, users agree to this refund policy.
